Our Vision
For the people of Constanza to have healthier and happier lives from their engagement with our Mission, and our collaborations with other organizations, to provide improved sanitation and hygiene, regular medical care, disease prevention programs and access to clean water.
Our Mission
We support the poor in Constanza, Dominican Republic through our Catholic-based collaborative efforts to improve health and access to clean water.

Quick Facts - Since 2005, we have

  • Completed over 30 mission trips to Constanza with more than 400 volunteers
  • Treated over 10,000 patients
  • Distributed $125,000 worth of medicine
  • Donated $175,000 worth of medical equipment and supplies to local clinics and hospitals
  • Provided $60,000 worth of non-medical supplies, including a van that transports high-risk patients to hospitals in the country's capital
  • Established strong relationships with the Ministry of Health, local Nuns, community leaders and other nonprofits to ensure year-round care and impact in the Constanza community
