Our 2026 Trips are May 2-8 and November 7-13, and our 2027 Trips are May 1-7 and November 6-12. We are actively recruiting doctors, nurses, dentists, other medical or dental workers, PT/OTs, as well as non-medical volunteers, including construction workers, for our 2026 and 2027 trips. Our largest group ever consisting of 27 US Volunteers and 15-20 Dominican citizens treated 845 patients, conducted home heath and PT/OT visits, provided much needed dental care, home construction projects, counseling sessions, and overall health and dental education to the wonderful people of Constanza.

In addition to seeing hundreds of patients, we ran our first set of construction projects in the communities where we held our clinics. We replaced three roofs, poured a set of stairs for a disabled mother, and built a concrete stove for heat and cooking.

We are actively recruiting doctors, nurses, dentists, other medical or dental workers, PT/Ots, as well as non-medical volunteers, including construction workers, for our November 2024, and May and November 2025 trips. Working with our partners Wine to Water and Puente Desarrollo, we continue to bring clean water to the people of Constanza. We have now supplied over 500 water filters in over 15 communities providing clean water to more than 1800 people. We only charge $10 for the $40

Since June 2019 we have distributed 181 new ceramic water filters providing clean water to over 500 people. Through our partnership with Puente Desarrollo Internacional, these families not only receive the filter, but over 200 people have been trained on filter use, sanitation and hygiene, and hypertension and diabetes prevention.
